Sad isn't it when they don't come home, I'd be heart broken if any of mine flew away, and having a mountain river down below I know that's where they would end up being washed down river.Yes especially since I lost my original two hens, and two yough drakes last year cause they flew away.
True, I am amazed myself when I look at old pictures. But I still like his colouring, plus he has now feathers that are half black and half white. This is neat Frank! I thought that mine changed from year to year but I never really know which is which just because I have so many. I liked your duck best in the first pic. I am a big fan of solid black against solid white I guess.
I believe that's barred FrankTrue, I am amazed myself when I look at old pictures. But I still like his colouring, plus he has now feathers that are half black and half white.

Here is a picture of my smallest muscovy with the brown chest. She has not much changed, but it seems to me that the pattern on her chest is more defined than before. Is there any specific name for this pattern?
I need to train with the camera, those photos could be much better...
She is the first duck of this pattern I've ever seen and I love it.I have no answer to your question but she's very pretty
