I would not be able to guess that the pictures show the same bird. That change is truly amazing. I must say that I prefer his new plumage over his old appearance

That's Frank in the bottom pic? if so i'd say he's the winner as far as changing his looks. Wow.

I checked my Ducks. still no sign of the run away. I will have to clip wings tonight.

All except my drake since he is a poor flier, and he won't leave his hens.

I'm so sorry not only to lose a duck but if your like me you can't afford to lose one duck with so many drakes. There is always hope she may show up though after her fling. I didn't clip any of my drakes this year just my girls.

I'm sorry . I had to clip 3 hens wings and ended up having to clip my drake's wings too. He's really fat and huge, but he still managed to fly. If they get out and my dogs are in mood they will kill them.
