Never even heard of the Jumbo maybe go to the ornamental thread which is next down below goose thread, I bet someone there can tell you.has anyone ever raised jumbo ringnecks for meat? and is it worth it?
any info would be great![]()
That's interesting I love to see their webbed feet prints in snow, the wing prints are really cool looks like strokes of a brush. .I'm putting this on the muscovy thread since my muscovies are the "artists" here!
I noticed they were making interesting tracks in the garden. If you've seen these before, forgive me, I've just not had ducks over the winter and it's all new and fascinating to me!![]()

Top photo is the duck tracks with the wing prints. I thought that was really different. Bottom photo is the ducks in
the garden with a few footprint/wingprints in the foreground of the picture.
I'm sorry, that is sad. but at least you know. Do you lock your birds up at night? sure couldn't leave any one out here over night. .Remember the duck I lost a few weeks ago? well she did end up getting eaten. I fond her feathers a few yards away from were I fond the feathers of my black rooster who was eaten by a raccoon last month.![]()
Congrats! Mine are laying all over the yard, lol.Got my first scovy eggs of the season today! Any one else getting eggs?
