It may have gone in to get out of the cold and was exhausted. I've had a few wild birds go into my coops and not be able to figure out how to get back out. What happened once you got the bird out?
I am gonna get some vetricyn when I can for the drakes but it seems to go then return.
He's so adorable, Bunny. I am happy to see and read that he's doing much better.
So cute. How does Klaus stand on that steep slope and not slide off? All of them are so precious looking.
Great pics Bunny, they are all so precious, and who is the big Peep in the pic? you?
Sometimes just putting some ACV into their water buckets will clear it up too, I know you all know this but they have to have a way to wash their faces always so make sure they have plenty of deep water, one reason I opted for heated buckets I don't have to worry about the water freezing and them not being able to wash their faces, unless one decides to stop working which is what happened to one of mine the other night but thankfully we were going right by a TSC yesterday and I was able to replace it. Use 1-2 Tablespoons to 1 gallon of water you can do this for as long as it take to clear up the eye then do the ACV only 1-2X a week there after, it's also a great tonic for our flocks and us.
