Yes i am thankful too. I placed an order with Premier1 for some ceramic goose eggs and got some Veterycin while doing it it was 30.00 with them. Have you ever made Dakin solution, suppose to be very similar to Veterycin. i have the recipe but haven't made any.

Dakin is used A LOT in the management of full body burns. They soak patients in it to keep bacteria from growing on the damaged skin. In the purest form, Dakin is basically a really weak bleach solution. Looking at the ingredients in Vetericyn, they are pretty much the same. Vetericyn is bleach diluted to a very low percent solution in normal saline. I never thought of that - Dakin would be way cheaper!!
