I got these two on the 12th. The person said he thought they were two months old but they definitely are not since my blues are two months. Any idea on gender and age? Also, I am located in NEPA. How long should I quarantine them for? I have not seen any signs of health issues.

well the essential quarantine is 2 weeks, but if u can just to get it over with you can take them to a vet

and it looks 2 boys but the one that is kind of just in the background could be a girl

I'm having to help it . It's at the wrong end of the egg . I only see one, but who knows. I guess we will see

oh yeah, one of mine did that to, and he actually just came out by himself, same dark spot and everything, i was really lucky

I had one turkey egg that hatched from the wrong end successfully couple of weeks ago

No kidding! 9xs out of 10, eggs that hatch from wrong end here don't make it.

However ima just kerp checking on the duckling to be sure there is so shrink wrapping and wait to see if progress has been made by tonight.

One of mine, my first egg to hatch came out the wrong way and I had never seen an egg hatch before let alone help. I just followed the instructions on the goose egg hatching post, wrapped in saran wrap, made sure membrane was not dry, tryd to avoid picking at it and help, as long as there was a hole to breathe in the right spot let him take his time. I kept him in my bra cause i didnt have a brooder. He did just fine. I was the nervous wreck.

Lol yeah. My first time I learned on here how to hatch too. I think this is year 5 of hatching. Idk though could be wrong. Year I'm just trying to keep it from shrink wrapping, however something looks off inside the egg. Just I'll see soon enough

Duckling is here!! Brace yourself, not so exciting. I checked on it several times. Each time it became more and more suspicious. So, I helped it all the way. It had ALOT of muck!! As I was holding it, it took a few breathes. When I laid it down, it instantly stopped breathing. Goodbye lil massive chocolate .
