Muscovy keepers share your pics!

I was really disappointed because those were eggs from my own ducks who laid 13 and they have gone missing...
I put them in the incubator. 6 weren't fertile. Rest were developing nicely but all died before hatching except for one.
Such a shame.
Now I pray my other duck which just went broody this week hatches all of her 10 eggs. I'll give her some aylesbury eggs on Tuesday. So they all hatch on the same day.

The last few days before hatching are the hardest on them. I have some in the incubator of one that went missing and another I recently found dead

One of our Muscovy mamas, Janet, who lost all her babies she hatched out on Christmas Eve and has desperately tried to hatch more babies ever since...

We got two Indian Runners from TSC and we're raising them inside. Whenever we take them out to play in the pool, Janet comes and tries to mother them. Lol. They are a little scared of her though.

I have a female Muscovy who is about 18 weeks old and I was curious about her behaviour.

She is very vocal and will open her mouth, wag her tail and move her had back and forth when she sees you.

Does anyone else have similar experience with their Scovy's?
That's pretty normal in my experience. I raise them as pets with a lot of attention given, so they're usually pretty friendly. They're especially animated when they want mealworm treats though.
