Keeper nice pics and cute ducklings

also i just looked in my scovys nest and there was at least one broken egg. What should i do? should i take alot of the eggs out and try to artificially incubate them?

I personally think natural hatching is easier. Does her nest have enough cushioning?

What color do you call this?

It kind of looks bluish, with chocolate lacing. I have another one I need to get a better picture of that has almost perfect brown lacing around most of her feathers. She is really pretty.

houndit, he's Blue Fawn & really pretty

I just started a thread with pictures of my Blue Fawn & Lilac Muscovies yesterday. he looks quite a bit like my girl but his colors seem richer in the pics. I have a drake kind of like him near the end of last year but i sold him because i didn't want Buff babies...obviously i had no idea at the time how expensive Buff Muscovies are!!

Look at these pretty girls I just got.

I got two of them. I called them buff but was recently told that they are actually Chocolate Ripple. I had two hatch a couple years ago. I sold one and kept the other. The little pill went out to the pond and got killed. Last week I answered an add on craigslist for Muscovies. I needed a few more for fresh genetics. I saw those two Chocolate ripple ducks and I pounced on them! I think they are so pretty.

I TRIED and tried to find a picture of a Buff Muscovy, it's not easy at all. there's someone that sells them but i can't remember who posted the name on here. maybe to a search for it? they're expensive & apparently pretty rare.
