Muscovy keepers share your pics!

luvchicks8, Well, at least in the pic, the one on the right is definitly larger, longer tail and I wouldn't be surprised if his feet were huge though I can't really tell by that shot.

I too am adicted, but I had a first hatch of 2, one didn't make it, and the mom doesn't pay any attention to the remaining chick? What do I do. I wish I had more babies, they are adorable. I will try to post pictures.

Here are some of my scovie duckers!
Any ideas on what color they will turn out to be and what sex they are?

Scooter is about 5 weeks old now, I took these photos when he/she was 30 days old. I have no other 'scovies to compare him/her to so have no idea what sex the little darling is.

neener92, Color them beautiful!!!!

I would say #1 & 5 are blues, #2 - white, #6- chocolate. Bleenie knows what the blue-fawns and silvers look like as babies so she should be able to help out.

PlumTuckered, Scooter is a real cutie!

They're so cute! i miss my colorful babies! I just recently sold my Silver hen from this year(aka. dirty duck). I was getting a little tired of having to help her bathe herself, she was just always dirty!

1. Skittles: Blue
2. White Chocolate: MAYBE a Silver, the tail looks like there's a tint of blue to it?
3. Bubble Gum: Looks like a Blue Fawn

4. Milk Dud: Looks just like my Silver babies this year!
5. Laffy Taffy: Blue
6. Hershey Kisses: Chocolate

as you can see, the second batch is progressing much slower than the first batch. however, the second batch has nicer colors than the first one.

Thank you Ladies, that Scooter is such a nutty duck, not afraid of anything (dogs, cats, chickens, horses or the other ducks) and everytime I pull the camera out, Scooter puts his/her back to me...bit camera shy I guess ;-)
