Muscovy keepers share your pics!

I want to take pics of my pair of muscovy so bad. 1. the female is off laying on a dozen eggs...in the neighbor's weenie dog's dog box of all places...(the duck and dog are best friends - the hen is mine and the drake is my neighbor's ...lmao we have a joint operation going

My drake has gone missing for 3 days now, he sometimes flies up the road to the cow pasture's big pond, but he usually comes back after a day and night, so I'm getting worried that something's got him. He's got the most awesome frilly thing going on when he's a happy man lol.

What is a good price for muscovy hatching eggs.
I found a breeder o muscovies and they were selling hatching eggs for $30 a doz.

Is this a good price??? whats average price for muscovy hatching eggs.

They had chocolate,
Chocolate pied,
Blue,
Blue pied,
Silver,
Lilac,
& Fawn.

All of the ran together so they said I had a chance of getting all these colors.

So again Is $30 a good price for a doz hatching eggs or is it too much ????

Say I have exhibition Plymouth Rocks: Barred, Blue, Black, Buff and white. They all run together. Their eggs are worth about $1.50 TO $4.00 a dozen. depending on where you are. If the varieties are seperated into breeding pens based on their variety, then YES, the hatching eggs are worth $30 a dozen. Maybe more, if I have won a best of Variety/Best of Breed award. Muscovy Ducks are a bit different, but I would want hatching eggs from breeding pens not mixed with colors. If all you want is a backyard flock of very pretty Muscovy Ducks, then buy the eggs. If you want to show them at a poultry show, then hold out for some exhibition quality. You can get these and start working to seperate the colors you hatch.

Very nice pictures Bleenie/Keeper and Thank God this thread still going on.

Does anyone here have any muscovy females they would sell. I have three drakes and one hen due to a dog attack which took my other five females. Please anyone?
