I'll answer as best I can starting with the better "pairings"..
Choc/Choc barred = chocolates & barred chocolates
Blue/Black= Black & Blues
Chocolate & chocolate barred/Black(some barred) = all Black but the boys will carry the chocolate gene.
Blue/ Chocolate & choco barred = Black & Blue(some barred) the boys will still carry the chocolate gene.

If your ducks carry a couple colors, like some of mine do, then you could get chocolates from the black-blue/choc pairings. I have gotten very nice chocolates from my Blue Pied Drake x my Chocolate hen. I have also gotten Blue fawns from Blue x Choc breedings, but like i said, some of mine are hiding genes

Just to add: Barring has to come from both parents, and they can be split for barring(which you can not see).

I got a couple little oddball barreds last year from my solid chocolate hen, she's got not a speck of barring on her so it was a big suprise, lol. It just depends on what's 'hiding' as to what youll get

OMG, everyone's Muscovies are gorgeous. I can't wait to get some pictures of mine up on here....right now they are cooped up in the hen house with a nice run, and hopefully by the end of the month I will have my yard fenced in and they can be out on the pond....wish me luck.

I've really enjoyed the pics of everyones Muscovies so here's a pic of two of my girls enjoying a bath on a 23 F day with their drake looking out for them. My third girl, these two girls' mom, was still inside the coop (probably enjoying the peace with the three others outside!).
