Hello everyone! I was just wondering if anyone could give me any help. I have had my muscovy duck for about about 5 months now ( I got him at 3 weeks old) and I was wondering if anyone could tell if it was a boy or girl?? I just assumed he is a boy as I've named him Leonard haha.. But please if anyone could tell me it would be greatly appreciated.

in the second photo it looks like a female to me!

A few months ago I took the plunge and got my first 7 scovies. Supposed to be one drake and the rest ducks and one was quite a bit bigger when they came. Then I'm agonizing that they might be all drakes because all thier feet look big, they've all got carunkling before flying, not any huge difference in size, etc, etc with all the ways one is supposed to be able to tell.

I'm out getting all the coops and pens winterized, building new nest boxes - enjoying the weather..and these two are getting busy on my saw! So either I've got at least one duck or I have bigger problems than an all male review! What color would you call him?

Meanwhile, I'd been making calls looking for for sure ducks to go with the boys (chocolates and blue fawns in particular) so I can expect eggs and babies next year...and I get a picture of these drakes. The one on the far left looks to have blue and brown mixed along with the white. The one up top has a lot more white but also appears to have blue and fawn mixed in. What do you all think?
I was given up on "calico" scovies not existing - but .....
