Muscovy lump

Hi there, been reading for a while but just registered so I can get some help for one of my muscovy hens.
Noticed this lump yesterday, definatly must have grown fast. Wondering if anyone has seen something like this before and may know what it is? Doesnt seem to bother her too much, but have seen her scratching at it. Thanks in advance.
