Muscovy making squeaking noise

Sounds very like how my two girls sound most of the time during the laying season, especially whenever they are broody or close to becoming broody. They went back to their normal trilling once their hormones calmed down (sort of) over the winter. I am currently out of the country, but I do have a couple of videos of mine squeaking/chirping that I will post once I get home so that you can compare!
 
I know this is a late addition, but that "rubber duck" squeak noise is a sign our girls have become broody. It is accompanied with a broody personality (hormonal and short tempered), ruffled feathers and a them stomping around like angry monsters. This typically happens when if we let eggs accumulate for a few days OR they are laying somewhere we don't know and we don't collect those eggs.
