muscovy making weird sounds/has lump?

ive never had muscovies before so im not sure if it's normal, but my 4 month old drake seems to have a pocket or a growth just under his bill and he occasionally makes growling/gurgling noises
the pocket thing is only visible sometimes and he has it tucked up so his head looks normal for the most part
