Muscovy male issue

I have a Muscovy male who just went through a molt, now he seems to be keeping away from all the other muscovies (which he normally stays with them), he’s actually letting me pet him and today i noticed one of the runner male ducks chasing him and trying to mate my Muscovy male (my Muscovy is always the top male duck of the group but he looked like he was sumbitting to the runner male and let him get on top of him as if he was mating my Muscovy male) I’m unsure if it could be normal and related to him molting and being just tired from growing feathers with the temperatures fluctuating and getting chilly and with the hormones which is why he was sumbitting, staying to himself, and kinda just hanging out but they all do great together so I’m genuinely confused any tips would be great!!
