Muscovy or pekin ducklings??

Need to know if the yellow ones are muscovy ducklings or pekin ducklings.

Just left rural king. No they didn't stand upright. They said that they are either pekins or muscovy. Cause the pekins, muscovy and rouens are the only ones they get in rn.

I am going to guess Pekin or white layer. @WannaBeHillBilly had white layer ducklings.

I can't say anything before i've seen a picture of the little ones standing, with bill and legs fully visible. Afak the only breeds with completely yellow ducklings are Fawn&White Runners, Pekin, White Layers and Muscovies. Buff Orpington ducklings are brownish/yellow and everything else is not completely yellow.

Just looked at the picture again, those could also be Buff Orpingtons, look at the picture below:

The two larger, yellow ducklings are White Layers and the two slightly darker ones are Buff Orpingtons.

@quackiemama do you think they are Pekin?

It is hard to tell, they have a slightly different look than my little girls did but still could be I suppose. They are cute I know that much!

Not Perkins, their faces wouldn’t be that dark.

Or maybe I am wrong? I just googled pictures of Pekin ducklings and some look like they have darker faces. I am sure someone with more experience will pop in soon!

Okay get a close up of the faces because Muscovy have different bills than other breeds. Sure don't look like Pekin

Maybe they are Pekin never seen any with tan on their faces like that? Look up white layer ducklings and you can’t always go by what these feed stores say. Do you know the hatchery they get their ducklings from?
