Muscovy question

That’s why I asked Muscovy take 35 days long wait I know. But so much fun to candle an watch those little things grow!

They are great mamas an they have the instinct so main thing you have to do is keep her safe make sure she comes out at let once a day and once the ducklings hatch keep mama and duckling safe from the rest of the birds for a few weeks. I use temp plastic fencing so everyone can see mom an babies but no one can get to them.

In her cabin. They have three enclosures, two cabins and a winter home... I had to hunt for their first eggs, finally found them under a downed tree and brush on the other side of the fence... we moved them to the winter home, they laid a couple more in the winter house, but then Mack switched to the cabin, and that’s where she started laying on them... tinkerbell has now started laying right beside her.

Both on eggs? It seems when it comes to Muscovy broodiness is contagious!
