We have a muscovy sitting on some eggs (not her own, we stuck a few under her because she was sitting on an empty nest) in a nesting box. As the weeks go on, she's gotten aggressive and will come out of her box to peck at people, chickens, whoever is close by. Would I be successful in picking up her whole box and her to move them to inside a pen where she'll be alone? Or will that make her more stressed??

Her behaviour sounds pretty typical, i have no experience of moving nests, it could go either way, she may accept the change or reject the nest...

Personally, i'd let sleeping dogs lie or in this case nesting ducks nest
