Muscovy with florescent green poop

One of my girls has clearly not felt well for the last 3 days. She is the only one of 9 who has florescent green poop. I looked her over real well and the back of her neck almost feels like she has an injury. When I found hardware disease, she has over 1/2 of the symptoms.
Does anyone have experience with that? If its the latter, its lethal.

The first thing that comes to mind when you say "flourescent green poop" is rat poisoning. Depending on what kind of poison it is, it isn't lethal unless they eat their weight in it.

Can you describe the injury on her neck? Is it like a open wound, or something internal? Does it feel like she has a broken bone?

Hardware disease is most often lethal. Is their coop near a building project, or storage area, like a workshop? What kind of coop/yard do they have? Have any projects been going on in the coop that require screws or other little bits of metal?
