Mushrooms in the coop...

I use my old chicken coop for the broody girls so none of the birds ever spend much time in the yard area and it's been sitting empty for a long time. I currently have a chicken hen with new chicks and a broody duck in this coop and when I was filling waters today i noticed these small mushrooms growing in the coop. I was wondering if anyone knows if they're poisonous or safe in case the birds try them?

IME, the birds seem to know what is good to eat and what isn't. I've had mushrooms/toadstools growing in my yard and the chooks never touched them. I think you're probably pretty safe.

Pretty hard to ID little brown mushrooms (LBMs). Being they are growing in the bedding, it is possible they are not native to our area. Maybe came in with the bedding.
LBMs can be perfectly safe, or some of the most toxic known.

Thanks Imp, I'm more worried about the duck nibbling on them or the new chicks. they're curious about everything. I'm just gonna remove them to be safe.

I have different types of shrooms show up on and off. Never had any problems. I rely on the bird's instinct as to what they can/can't eat.
