I can’t stand to eat mushrooms, but I love to cook them for some reason. I have always been fascinated by fungi I guess. It’s a shame I can’t enjoy the taste!

What don't you like about them?

It’s the taste, not the texture. I’m not sure I could pinpoint exactly what it is about the flavor I don’t like, but they are kind-of…earthy, I guess? They taste like what they eat (dead trees, rotting leaves, dirt). They smell so good though!
