I have a hen approximately 2-3 yrs old currently molting & just found her laying on ground with peck marks ( bleeding) on neck. Cleaned & treated neck but noticed has a pocket of some type of liquid under her feathers & skin of her chest/lower throat. Any advice or link I can use to help?? Also it’s been in excess of 100 degrees the last 3-5 days. Plenty of shade & water available

I believe what your feeling is the crop. The crop is like the "stomach" of the bird, so all the food goes there when they eat. It gets noticeably bigger and smaller as it fills and empty's. Is this the location of the fluid pocket your explaining? -

If her crop was just mushy, she probably just ate. You shouldn't have anything to worry about or need to do anything. You may want to get other opinions on this as I am not a professional, or very experienced. I will tag some people so you can get more opinions.

Check her crop tonight and it should be somewhat full before she goes to bed. Take her food out of the coop or her area, and double check to make sure its empty/flat in the morning. As long her crop is emptying like normal, you have nothing to worry about.
No problem! No need to apologize at all. :)

I agree that it sounds like you are feeling her crop. Watch for any sour or bad odor from her beak if you gently massage her crop, or if her crop is emptying normally overnight. If it doesn’t you may want to consider treating her for a crop problem. Also make sure that she is protected from getting picked on. She could be weak from molting, and the others sense that. A wire dog crate in the shade with food and water could keep her a part of the flock without getting pecked.
