Mushy Chick Disease???

Thought I would update about what happened. The chick survived the night but died in my hands the next morning. I appreciate all the help and I know now that there was really nothing I could do except let nature take its course. I'm going to be very careful from now on with how long I let the eggs stay under the hen past their expiration dates.
