If one has it does that mean all of them will?
How do I try and help it?

Is there a way for me to clean the other eggs that haven't pipped in an attempt to keep them healthy?

We had a clean incubator and clean eggs. We did have 3 bad eggs (smelled) and removed them.

Please help.

i don't believe that its contagious. don't clean the other eggs it may do more harm than good. do you have a picture of the mushy chick?

He's stuck I think. I don't want to open the incubator because a few are trying to hatch.
It smells awful.

4 hours. In that same position
Get him out. Just mist the other eggs with warm water. Leaving him in is going to kill him. He can't just be stuck like that. I have no experience with mushy chick disease (thankfully) so I can't help on that. It is contagious though so make sure you scrub that incubator. Do you have a separate incubator you can move the other eggs to? Keep that chick in a separate brooder so it doesn't infect the others. This article may be helpful. Good luck.
