I have 13, almost 5 week old chicks. They have had soft, stinky, mushy poo for weeks. No other symptoms. They are in the house, pine shavings, medicated chick starter from day 1. I hatched these chicks myself. The last week I have been taking them out during the day and bringing them back in at night. But the stinky poo started before that. I have hatched chicks before and never had stinky poo before. The poo looks like just moist, mushy crumbles. No blood, mucus or funny colors. Any ideas?
