Hi, I have a bunch of Jerusalem Artichokes we harvested from our garden today. I was all set to cook them when looking for a good recipe I came across one warning after another about how they can give you "severe digestive distress"
I am now too chicken to try them!
Has anyone experienced these most musical veggies and does anyone know of a way to make them less, erm, explosive?
