Wildfire, unsure about getting close just yet, called out. "Hello!"

Miri stopped, her alert ears picking up the call. She started trotting towards the noise, nostrils flaring as she stuck her nose close to the ground. She stopped and hid behind a lone tree as she watched.

"Good," She said as she nuzzled Tempest.

Tempest returned Beauty's nuzzle. She then headed toward a patch of lush grass, a direction that took her away from the garden.

Jake smiled,glad that his girls were getting along.He whinnied again,telling the other stallions to stay away,and invting mares in. He sighed and lay down. "Stay up as long as you want." he said to Tempest.

Flame flicked her tail and came to a stop. She heald her head high,showing off.

Wildfire, his eyes still on Diamond, swiveled an ear. His head turned, ever-so-slightly, and he curled his upper lip, taking in this new scent. Another mare was nearby. Wariness still reigned, as he'd been beaten by mares already today, but he whinnied a greeting regardless.

Tempest looked at him. "One of us has to be awake at all times, lest something get the jump on us. I take it you're gonna keep watch first?"

Miri gave a hesitant nicker, before stepping out from behind the tree. She took in the scent of these two horses. Stallion and mare. She chewed in thought before coming a bit closer.
