Mustard in Egg

Well, I filled an egg w/ mustard today. They ate about 1/2 of it. Didn't seem bothered by the mustard. Do I have freak chickens?

Two eggs laid, two eggs eaten. *sniff* *sniff*

Next step, spicy mustard.

In fact, Big Roo brought part of it out of the coop in to the run and offered it to his ladies and they all reveled in it. gggggrrrrr

Anyone have any other ideas for me to keep them from eating their eggs. I'm soooo sad.

Sounds like you need to EAT that bird. It will teach the others how to eat eggs.. then your in trouble.... whack whack. . sharpen the ole axe. and get your gloves on.

It's not one bird, it's all of them. She is not laying in the nest box, and I don't even know which chicken it is.

yeah i was gonna say hot sauce or something super sour. but hot sauce would be best. like tapatio or somehting.
