Yep, those are two Roosters, no girls. The second is the result of a Sex-Link male x female, making a good chance of birds that APPEAR to be Sex-Link girls but are actually boys.
 
I am no expert, but both of those look like boys to me. The second one is colored like a sex link girl, but for the age there is about twice as much comb/wattles as my sex link pullets had at the same age.
 
They are no longer SLs if they are second generation (the name literally refers to gender being linked to color). I agree that this appears to be happening here, and that you have two boys.

There is no other word for their breed than 'mutt' or 'barnyard cross'.
 
they appear to be two roos. can you get closer pics of their neck to their heads and possablely their back?
 
Yeah, two roos, probably 2nd generation sex link, thus the one colored like a hen.
