The guy that I got her from said ameraucanas but she has beard & muff & yellow feet

Ameraucanas should have a beard and muffs. But not yellow feet, they should be slate and with white (or pinkish) soles.

Next I have a barred rock-but how do you tell if she's a Lincolnshire buff or Plymouth? She has feathers on her shanks?

The next 2 pics are of the old girls- inherited from my father.Are they plymouth-how to you tell the difference in Lincolnshire?

the top one is not a plymouth, I'm not sure what it is? the bottom pic looks like a black sexlink. the middle one might be a buff orpington.

cuckoo marans (not barred rock)
looks like a hatchery buff orp as its legs are white

Oh ok- so how do I tell the difference?
Here are my newest addition to our flock. 5 pullets. The lady who hatched them said 3 were barred rock. They have light colored & no feathers on shanks & feet. Can't remember what she said about the white & black ones.

barred rocks have yellow legs instead of white, or pink. they have clearer barring, and more white that the cuckoo marans. hope this helps

you have two pullets and one roo in the barred rocks as for the white she might be a white rock what type of comb and bottom of foot color on the black?
