mutts, breed and especially....gender

That is neither an Ameraucana or Araucana - it would be an EE. Both others are APA sanctioned breeds with strict restrictions as to color, and all hatcheries (and most backyarders) sell Easter Eggers. That just means the bird might have the blue egg gene and likely has muffs/beard, a pea comb and greyish (slate) or greenish legs. At hatcheries nowadays they have Ameraucana lineage but are interbred with production breeds (brown eggers to get green eggs in EEs) to increase their laying rate so they are mutts by default.

I don't think you have a sumatra there, but rather an Ameraucauna. The "mutts" mentioned are the Araucauna chicken. No tail and big tufts of feathers coming out of their ears! Yuk! This girl will probably lay blue or green eggs for you.

blaze jester...what chicken is that in your pic? My white one looks like a watered down version of yours.
 
I see a barred rock cockerel, an Easter Egger pullet, and a Delaware pullet.
