The frostbite on his wattles?
That's nothing, very mild, will heal up on it's own.
I don't use anything to prevent frostbite...other than good ventilation, dry coop bedding, remove poops at least every other day, and a closed waterer.
Either of those might help as a preventative...but I've read enough about 'greased' and still frostbitten birds to not bother.
