Turkeys, chickens , dogs, even humans (especially babies) swallow things all the time. Usually it is no big deal. The digestive tract can handle a whole lot of stuff. Don't take me wrong. It is possible that real damage can occur from the things swallowed. But you would be amazed at the things that can be swallowed with no harm occurring. To me, the risk from that bolt is a lot less than from many other things it could have eaten.
I don't know the size of the bolt compared ot the size of your young turkey and I don't know the condition or base material of the bolt. Even if you told me, I would not know for sure because I'm not an expert with intimate knowledge of those details. It depends mainly on size but what I would expect to happen is that the bolt resides in the gizzard and is used as grit until it is worn down. Depending on the material, the acid in the digestive juices will possibly disolve it and help clear it out of the digestive system. I really doubt you will notice any ill effects from it eating that bolt.
