My 10 year-old Hen

Happy New Year Everyone!
I have a small flock of 5 hens. One of my girls will celebrate her 10th birthday in April. I just celebrated my 66th so if she's anything like me, she has some joint pain. She has definitely slowed down over the last several months. Is there anything that you recommend that I can add to their feed or water that might decrease possible joint discomfort? If there is, how much would I add? They all eat out of the same DIY feeder and share three drinkers. Thanks so much!
