My 11 month-old runner suddenly can't walk.

I'm trying to find out what's wrong. She suddenly can't walk and just scoots around when she tries to move.

Her feet are folded to the back and she just puts weight on the ankles when she tries to get up to reach the big water bowl.

additional information : She and her 2 clutch-mates have been molting and rarely laying this past week. She didn't lay this morning either (none of them did). It's neither winter nor summer here, let's just say it's a hot and dry season.

Poor baby!! Have you checked the pads of her feet for bumblefoot? What do you feed your ducks?

Ahhh. I'm sorry your girl is having issues. Hopefully she can get fixed up here soon.

Poor baby!! Have you checked the pads of her feet for bumblefoot? What do you feed your ducks?

She's been eating duck feed since hatch. I can't find any bumblefoot.

She's unfolded her feet now, but still couldn't get up. I've separated her since someone on another forum suggested duck plague. I'll take her to the vet tomorrow if it doesn't get better.

How did they come up with duck plague? Did they happen to explain why they thought that? That's a pretty serious suggestion. Here are some clinical signs of it...

If you put her in a bath to swim, can she paddle?

Def keep her where she doesn't have to struggle to get to water and food. Is she eating? I'd do what @DiYMama540 suggested and put her in a warm bath see if she can use her legs and even stand since the water will hold her up. If you can get her to a vet that maybe what to do . How does her vent look? no discharge? Feel down in that area to feel for egg just in case.

Following. One of my Pekins is doing the exact same thing, except her legs are straight. I’ve never experienced this in my ducks before.
