My 1588 is not working!!

I unplugged it a few weeks ago at the end of my hatch. It was working fine. I went to plug it in and nada. Nothing, no pilot light or fan. What gives? I called and of course got no answer so I left a message. Planning on picking up a universal power supply tonight in hopes that it will work. Anyone have any other suggestions?

I didn't do the full clean where you remove all the screws from the top, so I know it isn't something I did. Just bleached the bottom and wiped the top down.

Have you checked the outlet to make sure it is getting power?

Yeah plugged the turner in to the same spot and it works perfectly. I even took the top of the incubator into a different room and tried a plug in there just to be sure. Nope, nothing.

Well bought a universal 12v adapter from Walmart and It is working
