My 19 week old Buff Orpington has no wattles

Hi all I am fairly new here and I have a question. I have 3 pullets that haven't started growing wattles yet. 1 is a 19 week old Buff Orpington and the other 2 are 21 week old dark Brahmas. It may be a silly wuestion but is this normal? All of them have pink faces. Thanks for your help!

Thank you very much for the help. I was starting to worry since another one of my 19 week old pullets just started laying.

Brahmas and Orpingtons are slow maturing.
Both are lovely breeds.
