My 1st Chicken Tractor

Getting started this weekend since it finally stopped raining. Dark brown stain was an 'Oops' $5.00 Gal from Home Depot.

Tractor is the future home of these lil girls; Buffs & Ameraucanas

It's 3 ft wide, 8 ft long, and 4 ft high. After a lil online research I learned the interior space required per chicken is 1.5 ft, so 6 chickens equals 9 sq ft. Well I have 7 chickens, Oops. The exterior space is just not there for all of them so 3 will join my 5 RIR and 5 BR.

I think I'll keep the 4 Ameraucanas (Someone please tell me how to abbreviate that) in this Chicken Tractor and move it around my property.
