My 2 1/2 week old chick looks like she is molting

My other chicks are starting their feathers but don't look like this one who looks a little mangy. Should I be worries? I never raised chicks or chicken before and read about mature hens molting but not chicks.

Do you think its possible the other chicks are pecking at her?

I don't think so - I check on them quite a bit. She seems to be eating, drinking and interacting fine with the others. She just looks like she is molting.
