My 2 month old Easter ever is acting weird!!

My two month old female Easter egged is holding her mouth open. And she old wants perch on something. She will go in weird phases where she will not move but her mouth will stay open! Please if you know what is happening help!

Are any other chickens showing symptoms? I would think gapeworm or a crop issue but a picture would be helpful.

i can’t get a pic because she will run from me. But no others are acting the same.

I would start on deworming treatment and inspect her crop. Can you feel it and describe how it feels?

Is it hot where you are?
Might be she's panting?

Gape worms is a bit of a stretch.
Crop might be worth checking tho.
