My 2 months old silkie chick need Help

Hi frndz
my 2 month old chick is very lazy from last two day only running for water not eating any thing, droppings are watery color pale yellow and green
plz tell me what should i do ???????????

could it be coccidiosis? Dehydration is one of the typical symptoms of cocci.

cocci !!!! but not found any blood in their dropings
