My 2 roosters...breeds?

I have 2 almost identical roosters except for the tail feathers. Breed ideas and why the difference?

3 month old roosters.

Where from? They look like Delaware mixes.

They look different because they aren't the same breed. If they came from a hatchery the first one is a Delaware, second is a Columbian Rock.
