This behavior is really common in the animal kingdom. There are a lot of undigested or partially digested nutrients in the poop. It's a good way for them to share probiotics. It also helps them work on gaining immunities to what the flock has.

There is nothing wrong with them. It is not strange; it is normal.

The one concern about it is that if the poop stays wet it is an unhealthy situation. A wet brooder is an unhealthy brooder. Keep the brooder fairly dry and they will do great.

they eats it wet , when one of poults do it the other eats it immediately

No problem with that. It takes a couple of days for the coccidiosis protozoa to develop in wet manure where it can cause a problem.

Something that is sort of related to this, at least from my perspective. When a baby elephant switches from eating nothing but it's mother's milk to starting to eat green stuff, it eats some of its mother's poop to get the right probiotics in its system so it can digest that green stuff. Just another example where animals eating poop is totally absolutely normal.

If you've ever been on a farm where you have chickens or turkeys free ranging and cows or horses grazing, you will often see chickens and turkeys scratching in the cow or horse poop and taking bites to get the nutrients.

Chicks or poults eating poop is not a sign of protein deficiency or anything else bad. It is a sign that they are normal.
