Try the electrolytes @DobieLover posted. You can try a little bit of scrambled egg too.

I have a heat plate she sleeps under it with the other two . I checked on her several times today and no pastiness , she’s drinking water and eating alittle . No energy them days prior . Yes I have just three . She is 4 weeks old , the other two are 6 weeks old .

The pictures you posted are of much younger chicks. I did not know that the chicks were at least 4 weeks old. I would start them on Corid water immediately following the bottle instructions for a severe outbreak. I would also give straight, undiluted Corid to the lethargic chick. Just 3 drops, one at a time, to the side of the beak and let it wick in. Do this for 3 days in a row in addition to the Corid water.

You can just put 1-2 cups on a dish and let them it

Picture of your brooder set up and what feed you are feeding. Also a more recent picture of the sick chick would be beneficial. The 6 week olds shouldn't need heat if fully feathered. Probably why the 4 week old still uses the heat plate. Have you noticed the older ones ever picking on the younger one?
