These are my first chickens. They are doing really well, and seem very healthy. My order of banties will be in tomorrow, and I am really happy that I got these babies that were a little older first to get a bit of the hang of it. They were not under a heat lamp at the feed store. It was actually quite cold with the a/c going full blast. I have them in a bathroom with no a/c vent with a light not really close. They seem to be doing great at that temp. It is about 80degrees, but they were already aclimated to about 72. They are eating, pooping, and drinking well.
