My 3 week oturnix quail is soaking wet

My 3 week coturnix quail is soaking wet, he jumped into a watering dish that was left open, I don't know how long he was there. I dried him using a towel and put him in the incubator, anything else I can do? do you think he'll survive?

Hair dryer on low! You can try the high setting but just make sure you arent burning him.

He should be fine.

Some warm oats or oatmeal would probably make him feel better too
