My 36 weeks old chick still not laying

Well, I only have three chickens: an americanna (lays blueish eggs), a leghorn (lays white eggs) and the red sex link or golden comet so I'm looking for brown eggs and nothing yet. Everyday I get a white and a blue eggs.

This might be a dumb question but I’m knew to owning chickens. My red sex link is 36 weeks and hasn’t lay an egg yet. Got her in July and was told she was a month. Can a chicken be infertile? I was told to wait for spring, well spring is here and no egg! My white leghorn and americana lay eggs daily. Thank you!

Put cayenne pepper in the water it gives them a warm fuzzy feeling usually they'll start laying
