My 4 month old Hen is limping on the Right leg and is lethargic what should I do

This started about 4 days ago. It looks more soft tissue than neurological, but when I look and touch the leg nothing feels or looks out of place. She is drinking water and eating some, but has declined with mobility rather than improve. I am getting her some Poly Vysol today I do not believe this is Markels she is not dragging the limb just not putting full weight on it. Any suggestions?

Thanks. She ended up having congestive heart failure we believe, not sure why she was favoring a leg, but no bumble foot. Perhaps just an odd sequence of events. She was a sweetheart for sure.

No bumps, swelling or black spots. We believe she went into congestive heart failure. Very odd. She was sooooooooo sweet. Maybe it was her bug heart!
