My 4-month-old silkies.... what gender?

Can anyone tell me definitively whether I have a male and female here or two males?

the one in front is male. the other one im not so sure about???????

That's the same problem I have..... I just can't tell... The male in front has red all around his eyes and down around his ear lobes, plus really big waddles. The other doesn't. But his/her waddles aren't as big.....
